smallbox @alwaysannie yes and I tried to contact you first. I sent you a message yesterday morning but I guess you didn’t see it 🤷🏽‍♀️ you forgot the eyeliner but if this gets too complicated I will just contact them again so they can release your money.

alwaysannie @smallbox I don’t know how long you’ve been doing Posh but it’s kind of an automated system they don’t really read the case reviews so much as they tend to make the automatic decision to make you send it back and then once I receive it and let them know nothing was used or damaged in shipping they will release your money it’s such a pain

alwaysannie @smallbox I know I just saw I suffer from migraines and if you ever had one you know they get really bad and then the next day you feel like you have the worst hangover ever I had one all day yesterday and I’m still barely functioning but I will get the eyeliner in the mail so the sale doesn’t fall apart
