jenniferhmccoy @annejaz hello, Poshmark received my photos of the tag that listed the upper material as non-leather and the underneath part of the strap that shows its fabric. They gave me a partial refund in Poshmark credit but said that they can’t reopen the order. 😔

I’m sorry it wasn’t full but please keep in mind that you can resell these using my photos or your own with updates material description. They should sell fairly quickly. This way you could recoup your money. As mentioned, I would have been happy to give you a refund however, I need the item returned in order to do that.
