christib199 @analu4everjoy for some reason the package was sent to MT JOY & then returned to sender? Was the wrong address used? it says its returned to sender but your in texas. confused what is going on here.

analu4everjoy @christib199 The shipping labels I use are downloaded directly from Poshmark. But it's not the first time USPS has taken my packages for a long ride somewhere else. Let me see whats going on.

analu4everjoy @christib199 I have a copy of the label used with the address. I don't want to publish it here but the address is in MT Joy PA. Are you not there? That's the address in the shipping label provided by Poshmark. We both need to contact Poshmark and ask them to provide the right address because they messed up. When the candles come back and I get the new shipping label I will send it back to you. First I need to make sure they're still in good condition.

christib199 @analu4everjoy I sent a message to Poshmark as soon as I seen it was starting to "return to sender" even though you are not in PA. I haven't received a response yet. So far, poshmark is a really crappy buying platform because the response time with them is horrible. Can you reach out as well & try to PM me?

analu4everjoy @christib199 I'm not sure. People haven't private messaged me so far. The only pm that I know is in a bundle. I'll check to see if there is a way to enable it. I'm sorry about their response time with them. Costumer service is mainly provided by the seller. I will try to reach out, but the only way I know to have them respond is to let them know there is a problem with shipping. I will try that.
