Try going to your account page. Toward the bottom there is a list of questions that they give answers to and there is a place you can go for support there too. Your answer may be in the questions. If not I would contact the support team they are pretty quick about getting back to you. I haven’t had this problem before and don’t know how to correctly tell you what to do
