madmom64 I just figured out what happened! I received a Jeffrey Star makeup palette instead of my order of porcelain animals and brass box. I put it aside and forgot about it and didn’t connect it to my missing order. I never heard back from poshmark. What should I do at this point?

bandynyx @madmom64 I'm sorry for the late response, I filed a motion with poshmark and they should have sent you a label for you to send the item to the other buyer and they will do the same. let me know if you have that opinion or if I need to contact poshmark again, I'm very sorry for this inconvenience

bandynyx @madmom64 I was told by poshmark they notified both buyers, I dont know if that was by email or once you go in to the details for the order, you know like instead of eating there should be an option to send back or more inquiries

bandynyx hi checking in, just wondering if you ever got anything by mail or if you've shipped the item with the label poshmark provided, I've let a couple weeks pass by and figured it would be enough time for both buyers to have had recieved their items, if you havent yet please let me know so I can contact poshmark and come with a further resolution.

bandynyx @dianebranton good morning! I definitely believe in giving a reasonable discount on bundles, but I don't ever give half my things away. I can give you a 30% discount possibility even 40 on certain items. please understand that poshmark keeps 20% of my sales and I've easily spent more than what you're offering.
