always_andie @avena214 I'm not sure. I reached out to poshmark and am waiting but you may be able to open a dispute but according to the FAQ it looks like they may want you to return the item for a refund. Want to sit tight until I can get an answer within the next day?

always_andie @avena214 i got the same response. sorry it couldn't work out/be more helpful. i guess just mail it back and you'll get your money back. they said we weren't allowed to sell that stuff on here anyway.
