Thank you for reporting the issue. We have contacted the buyer and notified them to open a 'Received Wrong Item' case once they receive the order. Rest assured, we have a process in place to help correct the issue. Do you have a "received wrong item" button you can press? I can't escalate it beyond this point myself. :(
