dmb14325 Hi there! I’m a little confused with the rating that you gave me. I thought i was very responsive and helpful in saving you money on shipping and creating bundles. Can you please tell me what i did wrong so that I can improve in the future? I apologize if there was any miscommunication that may have occurred.

bellagrl5 @dmb14325 yes... you did not respond when I asked if the 2nd order had been cancelled. I had to email Poshmark to cancel it and then didn’t receive the refund until about 5 days later. So I had no Idea if you cancelled the 2nd order. I did not have a good experience.. this has never happened to me on Poshmark. I have been buying on Poshmark for at least 6 months now.

dmb14325 @bellagrl5 I’m so sorry that happened to you. I’m not sure why you emailed posh to cancel your orders when I clearly told you that I was going to. I unfortunately can’t control when Posh will you credit you your refund, so I don’t understand how that could be my fault that it took 5 days to get it back. I’m sorry you felt as though you had a bad experience, I wish you nothing but happy Poshing in the future.

dmb14325 @bellagrl5 I truly do apologize. I work full time and am a mom of 2. Sometimes I can’t respond immediately. I did cancel your order, one you had requested to cancel on your own. Keep in mind for the future, if you put in an offer and it’s accepted, only the seller can cancel because offers are binding. I’m glad I was able to at least save you some money on shipping 😊
