njtreasures45 Hi Andre, I realize you are frustrated that USPS is not tracking the cost you purchased from me, but I assure you, I personally took your coat (and about 25 other items) to USPS the day you purchased. I literally ship 2x per day (once when USPS picks up & again after hours I drop in the night drop box). I’m sure your realize we are in a pandemic, and, USPS is dealing with unprecedented delays/lost mail/etc.

I urge you to google “USPS DELAYS” or “DELAYED USPS TRACKING” and you’ll find that your delayed coat is not a matter of my not shipping, rather, it’s a nationwide problem. But you did mot send the coat that i paid for so don't act like you can take some moral ground. When in fact your a wolf im sheep's clothing. You never put the package to be mailed. aarandomresale I'm going to add to the comments I read. You did not reach out to me at any time. I've checked all the feed and there is nothing from you. The coat was sent within 24 hours of purchase and the postal service held it up. I contacted Posh who assured me they let you know it was at the PO and not on our end. As for the quality of the coat, Jos A Banks is quality and we pride ourselves in only sourcing the best. I've sold many many items all 5 star - It's too bad you feel the need to tell fibs
