enzomc Hi Andrea, You recently purchased my Gucci heels. I accidentally mailed them without the thank you card and the back ground of where I bought them 😬 I actually purchase the shoes at the actual Gucci store in Venice, Italy while I was on a Mediterranean cruise a few years ago . I wore them two times and it was only indoors while on the ship. I hope they work out for you!! Thank you!!

thecloset6 @nani_finds hi leaving this here too as I didnt receive communication when the item was still missing.I still never received the item.the mngr at my usps said as the seller you must file a claim as the seller hires usps as carrier .he checked the facility with the drivers.I notified usps to protect myself and notified posh.Something needs to be done as obviously I'm not paying for an order I never recived

I have been communicative and have actively tried to have poshmark resolve this issue for you so that you can get your money back. I have done nothing wrong on my end as a seller.
