astroascloset Hi Andrea, I just wanted to update you on the Cloth & Stone Tank Top. I actually dropped the package off at noon on Saturday but it hasn’t been shown as scanned yet within Posh’s system. I reported this to them and hope it reaches you soon. Just wanted to let you know.

astroascloset Hi again, just wanted to update you. I just spoke with the post office and they said it’s like that the package will not get scanned until it’s out for delivery, which I am hoping is today. Please keep me posted. I have filed claims with both Poshmark and the USPS about the tracking not being updated. Just wanted to keep touching base with you.

astroascloset @adwhite21 Thank you for your patience. I went to the post office again today and they did find that the item was scanned for pre-shipment on Saturday. So I’m not sure what the holdup is but they do have record of it being scanned.

adwhite21 @astroascloset do you happen to have the tracking number for this at all. I don’t want to cancel if it’s on it’s way but since it’s over the 7 days I am getting emails from Poshmark about the item

astroascloset @adwhite21 Yes, it’s 9405 5108 9935 9830 4469 96 Poshmark has contacted me as well and tomorrow I have to file a follow up for the lost package claim. Not to worry, you will be refunded by them whether you cancel or not. I have filed a missing mail claim with the PO as well but it can take them a week to notify me. There is no info from that tracking number but the actual post office said it was pre-scanned at 4:30 on the day I dropped it off.

astroascloset @adwhite21 Just to give you an update... Whrn I mailed your package I also mailed another package at the same time and both those packages had gone missing. Last night at 1am the other package was located and has started transit to the buyer. I also got a voicemail notifying me. I hope that means yours will soon be located and start tracking to you as well. I’m so terribly sorry. I can’t imagine what could have gone wrong there.

astroascloset Hi again, Poshmark went ahead and issued us both compensation. I hope the tank top still finds it’s way to you but I’m also glad they refunded you. What an ordeal, with no explanation. If it does happen to show, would you mind just letting me know? I’m curious how long it will take and if it will even happen. 😊 Thank you for your patience through this.
