agasperini @coll_ective I knew the pencil had been used but because the lid was cracked (which I didn’t notice in the picture but that’s on me 😊) and didn’t fit on properly it had smashed down the top of the pencil completely - probably during the shipping process. I appreciate you reaching out and I most definitely will purchase from you again!

coll_ective @agasperini hi, thank you for your response. The pencil was actually never used, but my 3 year old got into my makeup drawer and pushed the cap down causing the crack and crushed the top of the pencil so I did resharpen. I did note that in the description. It sounds like it was recrushed in transit.
