I'm reporting your page. You do not get to cancel a 1500.00 purchase a day after purchasing when the item has already been sent to PMHQ. Whatever scam you are running you best stop.

I did not order the glasses and have never seen these before or familiar with them at all. What address was it shipped to. I think I may be getting hacked. I am going to contact customer service. There was another item ordered and canceled that I I did not order. I will let you know what customer says about this.

I emailed customer service and they said they would reply with in 24 hours. I live in Maui Hawaii. I see the address listed to send the glasses is 405 S Laws St

I can assure you that I would never order glasses like that and have no idea how this happened. I will let you know as soon as I hear back from customer service.

@1codybear I did not get a shipping address. Any item over 500.00 is automatically shipped to Poshmark Headquarters, so that is the address I shipped it to. To Poshmark. They then authenticate the item and send it on to the buyer. You never receive the buyers address on luxury items.I would hope Poshmark is savvy enough to see the order was somehow cancelled and does not forward ot to the address you mentioned. Otherwise Poshmark is going to owe me 1200.00.

It is 8:30 am here in Hawaii and no reply from Poshmark. I have to work today so I may not be able to check again for a few hours. Please feel free to reach out to them as well and explain what we have discussed.

I sent this message just now.
This is my 2nd message that my account has been hacked. Someone ordered items and then canceled after they were shipped. Please respond the sellers are not happy.
It sounds to me like it could be internal like a poshmark employee in the shipping.

@1codybear Thank you! It sure feels internal, because I couldn't have canceled and you couldn't either because the item was shipped after the 3 hour mark. I messaged twice. Once last week and once yesterday. I've heard nothing back. I have the USPS tracking number, so I can see it should arrive at Poshmark Headquarters today. It really upsets me but I literally feel it is out of my hands. like someone at the PMHQ is going to end up with my 1500.00 frames. I'm so pissed.

@1codybear they messaged back..finally and said "Unfortunately, we have been forced to cancel this order due to difficulty in confirming the buyer's payment method". I still do not understand how that wasn't immediately sorted out. Thanks for your help to resolve this!

@1codybear Their customer service has not been good. I hope they resolve it for you! They offered me 25.00 credit for the inconvenience, but I've yet to see a label created to ship my item back. I still don't feel in the clear
