sashaisanewbaby So I also spoke with someone from poshmark support and they said no new lable is needed just tape back up and tell mailman or postoffice to return to sender and there will be no charge

andika88 As I said today the mailman didn't take it because it's open. He said as soon as a new label on it, he can take it with him.

sashaisanewbaby I'm sorry that might be asking to much I'll tell you what when I get the sweatpants I'll put money and shipping label in the box with pants you purchased then you can put the new lable on and return I'm so sorry for all this mix up not anyone's else fault but mine just trying to fix this the best way possible

andika88 Hi , I got your package. It came in a medium size envelop. I found the small envelop inside with the money you sent me to mail the shoes back . Inside the little envelop I found $ 5 dollars and 25 cents.

secondhandlil @sashaisanewbaby poor dears, quite the shipping drama ,I almost shipped to wrong person. When I download label I print 2 one in the box and one for the outside , I do this just in,case something happened to box ,I write what's in box on at least one .I found with multiple downloads often the wrong one prints . The one I almost shipped to wrong address, I had 3 Teresa's with similar last names so weird . I just came across this conversation don't know if my solution will help in future .

secondhandlil @sashaisanewbaby you can also go to US Postal site print label so you don't have to send cash ,It's nice getting 5 stars especially when you do everything you can to fix. I do not understand bad ratings for things that are beyond control or honest mistakes. The ratings are so important for reputation of those who sell full time sorry for being nosey just happened on this conversation,happy posing Merry Christmas
