beachgirl1255 I've tried to email you and tell you that I was not happy with this purchase but somehow no one is reading my emails at poshmark and I have sent more than six emails to return the item it is not what I expected I was needing a coat can't get return label or any answers on refunding my money I do not understand why poshmark has not answered six of my email since this past Sunday can you tell me why they don't answer and why I cannot get a refund or a return label

amr0423 @beachgirl1255 Patricia, I have no idea why Poshmark isn't getting back to you. After seeing your review remarks, I tried contacting them as well. I have not heard back from them either. It does say online that it may take them a bit. The coat was listed as lightweight in both the description and in my comments to you on the listing. I guess it was lighter weight than you expected? I am trying to work with PM so that we can get this resolved for you. Thanks!

beachgirl1255 You are so kind and thank you so very much it was much lighter than I expected but I did not wear it to my father's funeral I had to go before in a friend loaned me a coat so it has not been even worn but I do want to order some other things from you or something but I need to get my money back from just purchased so thank you so much

beachgirl1255 I wouldn't mind if you found a coat that was size 18 or size 1X that would you would trade for the same price as the lightweight coat looked like a genuine coat in the picture and pictures are very deceivingwould love to have a long black wool coat sorry I didn't understand what the fibers were that you were talking about in that coat but on the picture it looked like a genuine coat

amr0423 @beachgirl1255 Patricia, the opera coat is a "genuine" coat. As stated in the listing and my post to you, it is lightweight. Poshmark got back to me and said the sale was considered final as you had 3 days to file a complaint. They cannot reverse the charges. I suspect you recv'd a similar email. PM suggested reaching out to them if you still have an issue. I do not do trades.

beachgirl1255 @amr0423 I need a coat referring to an out door coat was not an outdoor Opera coat which I have never seen one till not outdoors coat sorry if you feel offended by what I said a genuine coat and I explained to you that I was going to a funeral in Washington state no I did not receive any emails at all from poshmark and if they sent you one and that was wrong of them not to send me one emailed 6 email Sunday night I arrived home from my father's funeral and no email was ever sent to me
