anay30 @doctordreaaa hi I’m so sorry to hear about the package! I sent it out the exact same way I got it from Ref so I assumed it would be fine. (I fact I initially had it in a second box but took it out since it felt redundant/wasteful). but seeing as it had a couple shipping delays I’ll def keep it in mind for next time. I hope it’s nothing that can’t be fixed and thanks for the feedback!
