gabysbags Hello, The wallet was perfectly brand new whenever it was shipped. It had the zipper pull. Please don’t break the zipper just so you can return the item.. This is not right...

andyo1627 @gabysbags I did not break it it came that way. I am not trying to return it I bought as a gift for mother’s days so I would like to exchange it if possible. I have bought other bags and wallets from you and have had no problems. Please don’t jump to conclusions . Thank you

gabysbags @andyo1627 I explained how we would open all items to check the zipper and make sure there nothing else inside the bag or wallet before we ship all items. As many items you bought from me, you should know that we would never ship anything without a zipper.. I attached picture as well

andyo1627 @gabysbags I understand but like I said I would never break the zipper and claim it came that way if it actually did not. I have never had any problems with any of my other purchases from you as a seller in fact I always keep a lookout for your different promotions. Therefore I will accept your offer and hope that we can keep with a friendly relation between vendor and customer.

gabysbags @andyo1627 we didn’t know.. and we could confirm it had the zipper before shipment. You never reached out asking for exchange and just opened a case.. we were just as frustrated..

andyo1627 @gabysbags If you have a zipper I would love to have it since I don’t . My intention was not to cause any unnecessary stress I just never had a problem with any of my purchases with any of the sellers. I was a bit stumped on what to do or what protocol I had to follow 🤷🏻‍♀️. Now I know to just reach out to the seller directly, although I hope I won’t have to since like I said I never had any problems before . Thank you for being understanding!
