andrea14325564 @teamaddison hello. Could you tell me hope to cancel an order? It's been 7 days and my item still absent been shipped and I am very upset. I sent an email to poshmark but haven't gotten one back... the other email I sent to them they told me I cancel cancel after 7 days of non shipment and it's been 7 days!!! I've tried to cancel and it will not let me. If you could help me out, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

teamaddison @andrea14325564 Hello. I'm sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience. The cancellation should happen automatically since the item was never shipped. As the buyer you can only cancel the order within 3 hours after purchase. The positive news: the seller never received your money. Posh holds the funds until the item is received/accepted so your money will be safely returned to you. 💕

teamaddison @andrea14325564 in the future before you purchase go to the seller' "about me" section. You will see their average ship time. Additionally, if they have had satisfied customers in the past you can read their "Love notes". People will often comment on shipping time, item quality, packaging and overall how happy they were with their purchasing experience. 🌷
