@leronmcclain hey I just got back in town and got the package. I was disappointed with the bag. It smells heavily with smoke and the pictures that you posted did not show the flaws in the bag. There are scratches, holes, and scuff marks all over the bag and the bottom corners are worn down. This is far from gently used a few times.

@leronmcclain I don’t know. I emailed them to see what to do. They initially said to return the bag and repurchase it. But that doesn’t make sense. I asked for a manager to contact me.
