closetobsessor @afinamore yes, they have to refund you because it’s illegal for fakes to be sold. Just make sure you provide a little bit of hard evidence when you contact them. The leather and the hardware aren’t right, but the most obvious giveaway that it is fake is the stitching on the top of the interior tag — it is always BLACK on an authentic bag. The fakes almost never get this detail right.
