theposhingpug @lazergrl hi I’m not sure if that message was intended for me but you should have received an Arbonne face product. Support told me to have you contact their support center so they can assist you. I assume they’re going to give you a return label then refund you, and then if you’re still interested you can rebuy the Hello toothpaste that you should’ve received. I’m so sorry for the mixup.

lazergrl Yes, that message was for you. My mistake, yes I was supposed to have received the toothpaste, but I haven’t picked it up yet as I’m out of the country and a friend is getting my mail. Here’s the problem: I’m not gong to be back in the USA for the next 2-3 months so won’t be able to ship your stuff back to you until then. Happy to do so then, but you will have a wait.
