andibear54 @emoo93 I wish I could but I took it to the post office this morning so it’s already gone I’m so sorry. You should be able to see it tracking now. If you want to send it back to me you can but I know that’s an off a lot of money for transportation shipping. If that’s what you want to do let me know otherwise they’re very comfy wonderful blankets and I love mine dearly so one may be better than two I hope so for you. Seriously I think I have about 12 of them.

andibear54 @rebeccabassin @rebeccabassin hi I am actually familiar with this problem as you can see by my Posh photo. The only place I have been able to find fabric or vera Bradley is out of China it is on the fabric as that’s where their products are now being made. Try Aliexpress you’re going to have to hunt around a lot because they are no longer allowed to sell the fabrics or products, but if you look under fabrics sewing bags duffle those types of searches you may be able to find

If any Cocoons continue to be illegally represented by you on this third party marketplace, we will commence legal action against you in Federal Court. You are in violation of the Sales Agreement Terms and Conditions you agreed to under the Melrose Optical account per Andrea Barrett.

A response to our complaint is required within 30 days and then we submit interrogatories. The minimum cost just to respond to our suit is tens of thousands of dollars. We are being extremely kind in affording you an opportunity to voluntarily comply, but the choice is yours

khardy696 @andibear54 Threatening us or taunting the brand owner to "buy them back off you" is not the response we are looking for. Live Eyewear takes counterfeiters, intellectual property infringers and illegal gray market sellers very seriously as the damage to our contractual relations with Authorized Live Eyewear dealers is extremely costly. (to the infringee). I recommend you remove the products immediately.

We will be jointly pursuing Andrea Barrett and Poshmark as the platform that enables the infringement. Our record in Federal Court against platforms and individuals speaks for itself.

Should we file our case, all participants in the initiative will be copied in on the file jacket. It has been my experience that most are not as forgiving as Live Eyewear is and will not even avail the opportunity to resolve the case amicably.
