andreatafur @franniek2989 Hi! I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to sound harsh at all. I received your Lilly Pulitzer dress and was disappointed. The dress has stains and it looks like it was never washed. I took pictures and immediately sent a refund request to Costumer service. I'm sorry but I will be sending the dress back.

mabelatlanta Hello, you ordered the pink bathing suit from me and it was packaged and sent to someone else. That buyer was supposed to get a checked little boys shirt. I’m sure that’s what you received. I am so sorry for the inconvenience to you. Poshmark is working on rectifying this. Again, I apologize.

mabelatlanta @andreatafur the other buyer commented that she could send item back to me or even to you, but I responded to her back saying that as of 4 hrs ago, Poshmark said they are working on it. So I’ll follow it closely and be back in touch. Meanwhile you might want to go in to the order and make your claim saying that you got the boys checked shirt. I’m new to Poshmark and I am so sorry.

mabelatlanta @andreatafur Poshmark has resolved the problem by emailing a shipping label to both you and the buyer who has your bathing suit. I’ll be receiving tracking info so will watch it closely. I’ll be happy, too when you receive your bathing suit.

mabelatlanta @andreatafur Hi, I received an email from Poshmark with tracking of which it’s showing that she mailed it on Wednesday and as of yesterday it was showing to be in transit to next faculty, but it didn’t show when it will be delivered. I’ll see if I can find another email with delivery date.
