I found a large ink stain on the blouse that I didn’t notice before and wanted to give you the option to cancel, but then I also noticed some fraying at the collar. I couldn’t in good conscience sell this to you and when I didn’t hear from you, I had to make the decision to cancel/refund. I am very sorry!
