I was thinking last night that my suggestion might be to complex. I don’t have a shipping label to mail them to you . I think what’s best is you “not accept” the jeans due to wrong size and they will come back to me and I’ll ship out new ones. This has never happened to me before but I don’t want to have to pay shipping costs and I’m sure Poshmark can resolve it since I’m sure this has happened in other orders. I think this is best

I think it’s best that you contact poshmark and let them no I sent the wrong size-they will rectify the situation and tell you what you need to do on your end-I have your jeans bagged and ready to go. Thank you lisa

@lisaannzag this needs to be addressed by you the seller. I tried contacting Poshmark support but unable to even get past the subject line. It has specific instructions, literally step by step that needs to be completed by the seller when they send the wrong item. I want to attach a screenshot but this message system won’t allow me to do that.

Hello-I am sorry but it is the buyer who has to file a case with poshmark. I just did the research-go to “frequently asked questions “ and scroll down to you come to the correct question. I’m concerned tho that you didn’t notify them within the 3 day limit but hopefully you can file a case and generate a new label to shipped them back to me. Fingers crossed on my end
