elanoneal Andrea- I am SO sorry your earrings have not shipped out yet! I packaged them up over a week ago and thought that they had been mailed that same day. I noticed yesterday though that the shipment never showed that it went out. I spent several days frantically trying to determine what happened and the good news is that you earrings are safe in sound in my mother in laws car, where they accidentally got missed when she was helping me drop packages off at the post office.

elanoneal The bad news is that she's out of town and has both the car and package with her. She gets back on Monday, so I can ship them out first thing Monday afternoon assuming that isn't too long of a delay for you. I know you've been incredibly patient already, so if you do you still want to wait for them, I will include $10 in cash as well as a rebate for the delay. I just want to let you know what the status was and apologize that you've not already received them

elanoneal Andrea, this is Brandon, whom you purchased your earrings from that you never received. I believe my wife, Kristy, has messaged you before from our joint Posh account. I just wanted to send you a quick note of apology. Our son was hospitalized for seizure condition that we were unaware that he had and that initially presented bizarrely and baffled doctors. He spent a week at Children's while the doctors tried to determine what was wrong, but he's home now and doing better.

elanoneal Unfortunately, during that time, I was totally off Posh and all of my orders were left unshipped. I'm back on now and I'm sure you've moved on to other items you'd like to purchase but I felt it would be insulting to not explain. Im SO sorry your money was tied up for weeks. I can't imagine you'd want to go through a round two of trying to purchase them, but if for some reason you still wanted them, I'd be happy to discount them for the hassle.
