beckles1976 Im assuming that you receieved a pair of blue jeans instead of your charm. Im so sorry that has happened. It was an honest mistake. Poshmark will send you a shipping label to ship the jeans to the correct buyer. Your charm is already in the process of being corrected

beckles1976 Poshmark sent you a shipping label to return the pants and also to ship your charm to you. It had tracking on it and was shown being delivered to you. Either way that's not anything to do with the quality of the charm which you accepted and rated as a 1. Why did you confirm delivery but rate a 1 because you didn't receive? That would be an issue for Poshmark Support.

beckles1976 I have contacted Poshmark Support so they can resolve the problem. All I can see is the charm was delivered and the jeans you say you still have, they are being tracked with the label Poshmark sent you that you claim you never received. There's nothing else That I can do in this matter so just wait for Poshmark to contact you. Thank you.

andrea72walker @beckles1976 I regret to inform you, but I haven’t gotten either one, and again the jeans are at my house, unopened I’ve been checking for a label, and my charm, I didn’t mean to rate something that I didn’t already receive.... I order from Poshmark all the time.. And my experience so far has been superb

beckles1976 @andrea72walkerPoshmark Support sent me a message stating that you would have to contact them and let them know you haven't received the charm or shipping label. I wad gave a rating with comment for the charm but not jeans. Im not sure what's going on except they needed you to let them know you havent received the charm or shipping label. Thank you

andrea72walker @beckles1976 I will contact support, and cooperate to the best of my ability... my only thing is that You insinuated that I wasn’t being truthful, that didn’t leave me in a comfortable headspace.. There-has to be some sort of misunderstanding.
