judywine I feel bad I have no idea how a black hair was in the necklace. nobody with black hair in our house. Was it in the bag??In the shipping box can’t believe there were beads missing I’m so sorry. I have t worn it in a year. I took the picture and laid it out and did not notice any beads missing Does it look like the picture I posted ? Where are beads missing ? I diont care that you gave me a one star rating since you are clearly upset But as you can see I have all 5 stars I’m sorry
