elizabethv88 Hi, I am so sorry but I had to cancel the order for the VS leopard makeup bag as I cannot seem to find where I have it stored. I listed the item about a year ago and since it hadn’t sold I put it in storage but it wasn’t where I thought it was. I am sorry for the inconvenience 😞

lherk1 Ok..here’s what I have figured out.. 1.select your account 2.my purchases 3.select order 4.problems/order inquiry 5.order not as described 6.reason for return 7.add image of problem described, also written description 8.submit Please let me know if this makes sense.

accpink Yes. I have done that in the past before the 3 day limit. I thought once the 3 days have passed, payment is released to the seller and you cannot return. I have never tried that after the 3 days.
