beenefla Hi! I’m not sure what you mean by seller responsiveness, packaging & item cleanliness. I’d like to improve if you’d kindly explain. Packaging - most People get free mailers at the post office. I buy my own, wrap them and tie with ribbons. Item cleanliness, item worn once for about an hour. Not one stain or flaw. Seller responsiveness? I don’t even know what that could possibly mean? If you’d like to return the item you can easily dispute it, send it back and I will gladly release your $$$
