lynnlaps Hello Andrea, I just pulled my Frye boots out to ship and realized that they have a small insole that I put in them to make them a little more cushiony. I’m not sure if you are still interested. I’m sure they can be taken out but I’m not sure if they would be sticky. They did not make the boots any smaller, just added some cushion. Please let me know if you’re still interested. I didn’t want to ship out without letting you know. Lynn
