kristikevorkian I think you might have me mixed up with another Posher? I haven't sold anything to you. If you click on drop down arrow next to your picture in the upper right hand corner, go to "My Purchases", click on the purchase & the seller should be listed. You should be able to click on their name and end up on their page.

kristikevorkian It's okay. We were all new here once! If you are using the app on your phone, click the little square on the lower left corner that says @andreakubala12 . That menu should also have "My Purchases" listed.

andreakubala12 @kristikevorkian See it says I have no purchases but I bought two things, jeans which shipped and are coming Tom, and then sandals which I never got confirmation other than they received my order and had the total and everything

kristikevorkian I would contact Poshmark support in that case. It sounds like something strange is happening. Hopefully you get to the bottom of things & you didn't get charged for something that isn't on the way!

andreakubala12 @kristikevorkian this is the seller @blanca2017 but I don’t know how to search for them to ask them what is going on I don’t get how it says I have no purchases when I just bought 2 things and one says it’s coming Tom and the sandals is where I’m having the issue and I did try contacting support which I filled out the complaint but they never got back bc it’s the weekend they say.

kristikevorkian @andreakubala12 I'm able to get to her closet just by clicking or tapping on her "name" in your last message to me. Since Poshmark doesn't have private messaging, I'd just go to the "About" section on her page, select "Meet the Posher" & communicate with her from there.
