meganaws Hi @shutupisay I just saw your rating and I’m honestly kind of upset about it. I’m not sure how it could have been any “cleaner”. I know there were definitely no stains or dirt but I think the type of material makes it look uneven. If you are truly unsatisfied with the item, I wish you’d just return it instead of giving me a low rating for something out of my control. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help change your mind.

shutupisay @meganaws I know how velvet works. The product wasn’t dirty from the outside but it was dirty from the inside, it had a few red marks. Thank you for the item though!
