cccavet good morning.. i was wondering if you could possible check on my order that i purchased from you on Dec 24.. (5fe47e2e5462c3707020609d) it seems the tracking info stopped on Jan 5.... but i still have not received my order.. thanks for your help

itsredeemed @cccavet Hello, I am so sorry you are experiencing such a long delay. unfortunately, USPS is experiencing extreme delivery delays. All mail has been delayed. I contacted the number and the only information provided is that the package is still in transit. I will contact them again when there may be a live person available to see if they can provide any more information on its whereabouts and when the tracking will begin to update again. Thank you for your patience.
