ceomco321 Seems to be a payment issue for the book you purchased. Might it be because you are in Canada? If so, I don't know how that works to do a sale between US and Canada, or if it is even possible. Maybe it just takes longer for them to process it. Either way, US has a Federal Holiday Monday, so this will get shipped on Tuesday (if the payment issue gets resolved).

amkirshin @ceomco321. Hi, I accidentally selected a expired credit card but have now updated the payment method. I order from the states by sending items to a forwarding company which always had worked fine so hopefully everything should be fine now.
