popupshopnc Hi. I just read your review of the makeup pallet. I am so sorry foe both of the issues you mentioned. We so far have not had damage in transit case and I thought I had inspected the product to match the description but obvious there was an error on my part. I will contact posh and give you the refund and hope that would be ok with you.
