daisy3032 @urtrshmytrsr Good tips. Now what do you do if a seller isn't responding to the measurements questions etc. As an interested buyer. I haven't been having the best of luck when asking these questions. I actually get ignored? 🙁 I too agree to ask all the pertinent questions, but if one doesn't get a reply, how can I purchase something I want, but my questions aren't being answered...Thanks in advance 😊

urtrshmytrsr @daisy3032 been there, and definitely understand how frustrating that is! (in fact waiting for a reply right now LOL) I do try to give the seller the benefit of the doubt and assume the question got lost in their feed. Usually I’ll create a Bundle and send an additional message through it, hoping it will be more obvious.

urtrshmytrsr @daisy3032 If you still don’t hear from them, I have decided, rather than gamble on the fit, it’s best to move on. Sometimes you can find the same item for sale by another seller who will answer.

daisy3032 @urtrshmytrsr Yes, I did do that thankfully. They were active on November 21st. What if I purchase the item and since the last time the seller was active was on that date and I don't get a tracking number or ship date. Will I get a refund? Or will I not get charged until the item is shipped? Thanks again 😊

urtrshmytrsr @daisy3032 you will be charged at time of purchase but PM does allow you to request a refund after the seller doesn’t ship within a certain amount of time.
