scootifer To be very very clear, this open case is for POSHMARK support and not yourself. It was a simple mistake and it’s totally fine! It has just happened to me about 4 times now and after paying poshmark hundreds of dollars for simply existing, I’m hoping for some compensation from them lol. Thanks for understanding!
