njtreasures45 hello, I just noticed that POSH held earning on the jeans you purchased from me. However, you did not open a case, nor did you return the jeans to me. I don’t agree that I misrepresented, but that is besides the point, that is for POSH to determine. My question is to ask why a refund was provided when you kept the item. Can you kindly let me know. I reached out to POSH as well too. Thank you.

dreshyst @njtreasures45 they emailed saying they refunded me and also paid you and to keep the jeans as a gift. Message them and find out why you didn’t receive it.

njtreasures45 @dreshyst thanks for getting back to me. I reached out to POSH asking for clarity. I presume it’s just an error on their part as they simply refunded you & did not release earnings to me. Had this been a traditional “case” that would have been fine, but, it was not processed that way, and, of course, I don’t have the item. Thanks again. I’ll deal with posh directly. 😊

dreshyst @njtreasures45 sorry to hear that i literally opened a case and just asked for a refund after returning the item based on both knees on the jeans having holes that showed both knee caps when ad said rips had material behind them to not show skin. Pictures also didnt show the knees and the size of the rips. They then messaged me saying to keep the jeans as a gift and both parties would be refunded the amount paid. Im not sure why they didn’t release your money, but never wanted it to be this way.
