andie294 @lilylovelive ok. I understand that mistakes happen. I am going out of the country on Saturday the 10th of February and bought these for that trip. If they aren’t able to be here by then I would need to consider ordering another pair today or tomorrow so that they get here in time. I’m still happy to accept yours if they can be here by then. Thank you!!! :)

Can you please let us know if you swapped two orders with each other or did you duplicate a shipping label from one of your previous sales? We recommend having your buyer who receives the incorrect order to reach out to us directly. lilylovelive Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us! We see that order Longchamp large shopper periwinkle has been swapped with Men's 12 black chaco. When two orders have been swapped we ask each buyer to forward the items to one another. At this time, we have proceeded to issue your buyers with prepaid swapped shipping labels to quickly resolve this hiccup.
