mandimoomoo I am so disappointed Andrew in the backpack you sold us. I left a poor review after I didn't hear back from you when I contacted you about the product issues. I am mostly sad for my son who didn't get a Christmas present since this was his main gift and it is not useable. Not sure one could ever be this dishonest with anyone.
