thatsposhible @andrewbelleman This is the message I got so far: We understand that you have accidentally sent the wrong order to the buyer. Thank you for reporting the issue. We have contacted the buyer and notified them to open a 'Received Wrong Item' case once they receive the order. Rest assured, we have a process in place to help correct the issue.

thatsposhible @andrewbelleman you don’t even need to open it. Once you get it you go to your purchase and click on “received wrong order”. Then poshmark will email you a label to put on the box.

thatsposhible @andrewbelleman You should have a new label in your email. Please print it out, attach it to the box and drop the package at the post office. Once I receive them, I will be able to ship the right sneakers out to you. Again, I’m very sorry about this!

thatsposhible @andrewbelleman Great. Thank you! Once I get the sneakers, I’ll let poshmark know and they’ll refund you your $. At that point I can send you the same offer for the correct sneakers. I asked poshmark if they could do the exchange- but they don’t do that unfortunately. So if you’re still interested, you can repurchase them- (after they refund you for the original sale of course) Sorry again! Have a nice weekend! 😀

At this time Poshmark does not currently support exchanges. If your buyer would like to re-purchase the correct item, we ask that they do so from a new listing within your closet to ensure you receive your earnings.
