andschanna87 @ibethe no, I think your pictures and description describe the bag as in used but good condition with some wear on the handles but otherwise no defects. Would you agree?

ibethe @andschanna87 yes exactly the bag is use but in great conditions, it doesn’t have dust bag but I have another white designer dust bag that I will send with, the strap and mirror is included as well but the tags and booklet not since I miss placed them long time ago and I can’t find them!

ticfern @andschanna87 Hello there! I am so so so sorry. I am totally at fault for the listing error of the Sorel shoes. If you open a refund return request, I will totally accept it. Again my sincerest apologies - I know I probably listed it at 9 because I am usually a size 9 and purchased a 9.5 because Sorel's for me run small. No excuse though for my mistake.
