theladykramer Hello. I’m getting concerned about the order I placed on 17 January. I have sent messages regarding when they will ship but you don’t respond. I see I’m not the only person who’s having this issue with you. Please, if you’re not going to ship the pants I purchased, let me know and I will find them elsewhere (probably less expensive)… I worked at a family owned retail shop for years and we would’ve never ignored customers like this.

theladykramer @allbrand365ny it isn’t LOST, you never shipped it and you ignored my many messages inquiring about it. I can’t cancel the order until tomorrow. My money has been held for nearly a week and you couldn’t even bother to respond to my inquiries. I will be canceling the order as soon as I’m able. Funny that you finally respond to me literally seconds after I escalated it to Poshmark support. I’ll be waiting for my refund

theladykramer @allbrand365ny The postman “losing” this item doesn’t explain why you have ignored my messages asking about when you would ship it. In fact my messages should’ve alerted you to the fact that something was wrong. I can see that the label was created but you never gave it to the postal service. You’re not being honest. Only you can cancel this order now. I have to wait until tomorrow. Buyers beware

allbrand365ny We have cancelled it, and you should receive email shortly regarding the cancelation. We are really sorry for the inconvenience, We have shipped this item, but postman has lost it. Tracking is not updated as every day postman come, and he scans the sheet and take the package. After that they have to scan at their location which never happen. We apologize for late response. And we won't get any payout for the order until buyer confirmed it's received.
