krystaldenee I just wanted to give you an update on your package! I spoke with the PO on why there still wasn't a tracking number and they ASSURED me it will be there today. This is what I was told; there was an employee exposed to COVID and they were following protocol causing a delay. They wouldn't go into further detail other than it was "safety precautions". I cannot apologize enough! I do not want an upset customer and I will do what is necessary to make it right if you are in any way inconvenienced 💜

lmoolson Hello So they are not allowing me to cover the shipping....I am not certain why exactly so the only thing I can think of is putting a 10 bill in with the shoes to cover the cost. is that OK with you?
