Hello, thank you again so much for your purchase. I’m so sorry if there was an issue with the bags. I literally wiped them down with a Clorox wipe right before packaging them as they were stored, but never used. Perhaps there was residue from the wipe left over. So sorry and i hope you like them. 💕

Unfortunately the ones in the image are sold out! I just use them to show off the packaging! I wish i knew I literally ran out of tape today and had to use my other one, (thats not as cute lol), otherwise your package was dropped off!

Im so sorry if you dont like the lashes please let me know!🙌🏼 I never want my customers to worry. As well, im sure posh will refund any confusion if you dont like them! On my part im so sorry I literally use that photo as it just shows off the product! Ive had a chronic illness since i was a little girl and Ive been trying to start a website for a small business to have more to do since im always home! So i was completely distracted by that! I should of absolutely put a notice on the listing!
