acuadela Sorry you didn’t my item and service fully satisfactory. I didn’t have a jewelry box and packed it as carefully as I could, and shipped within 24 hours of your order. I can’t control that USPS takes longer. Also not sure what you mean by seller responsiveness as we never had any communication.
