chelseabullock I got your note and I am sorry you did not like the packaging. I'm new to this, maybe you could please help me to improve? What was it about the stuffing in the shoes, the plastic packaging around the shoes, the brown paper around the bag and shoes and the thank you note that you did not like? 🙏❤

soccer_mom1 @chelseabullock Less is better. I would suggest using just tissue paper for packaging next time. No need for anything else. Looks cleaner and less mess.

mishelle105 I am sorry the Gucci shoes were not a good fit. Unfortunately it is not listed as a narrow shoe because it is a standard size. I would have no way of knowing what size fits your child. These shoes were an excellent price and never taken out of the box and in excellent condition. 3 stars is unfair rating. Please do not blame seller for not knowing your right size. Thank you
