lolitica Ian glad you received your dress and on your ratings you put that it needed improvement on cleanliness. I washed that item so I know the dress was clean but it was probably wrinkled due to the packaging and I always put a dryer sheet to keep it fresh while mailing it. I am very sorry you had a bad experience. I apologize but appreciate your purchase 🌹❤️🌹
