unique_by_me @denise_ramey so if you go to your account, where you would find a link to your closet, a link to your likes etc, and scroll all the way down, you will see FAQ (Frequently asked questions). Click on that, and at the very top, in the search bar, type "Verification". You will see the suggested topics appear in a black box. Click on "How to complete your Verification" and you can see the step by step instructions on how to do it.

unique_by_me @jenniferroqu453 yes, I would say it depends on the item though. is it something offered by a number of people or us it unique and rare? Is it excellent used condition, or gently used, or good condition? Also, always ask before you send an offer and make sure there are no defects.
